Greg Warren is the founder and Managing Partner for Capital Markets Access Company (CMAC) and Swap Negotiators based in Winter Park Florida just outside of Orlando. Greg has more than thirty years of executive and financial leadership experience. Greg is responsible for all operations and strategic development for CMAC and Swap Negotiators as well as leading the organization. Mr. Warren held previous leadership roles with Amerifund as the Managing Partner and was President and CEO of Magnacorp Metals, a worldwide distributor of steel. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and is a former member of the distinguished YPO (Young Presidents Organization).

Shannon is currently the Managing Director for CMAC and Swap Negotiators and oversees the Healthcare group. Shannon’s responsibilities include all client financial review, analysis and documentation as well as client relations. Shannon’s medical training and experience has afforded CMAC and Swap Negotiators with expertise and insight rarely found in the financial services industry. Prior to joining CMAC and Swap negotiators, Ms. Stocker served as a consultant for the legal and insurance professions responsible for expert evaluation and guidance for medical related issues. Shannon’s academic achievements include a Bachelors of Science from Northwestern University, a Masters Degree from the University of Louisville and her Medical degree from the University of Louisville. Shannon remains active in the medical community serving on the boards of the RSD as well as the CRPS.

Liz is currently Managing Director of Finance, Bank Relations and Bond Analyst for CMAC. Liz brings a Wall Street background and expertise to CMAC. Ms. Allport is responsible for all banking relationships including package submissions, negotiations, bond and institution monitoring and transaction completion. Liz is credited with providing the science behind CMAC’s art. Prior to CMAC, Liz held several key positions with The Bank of New York, NYC, Southeast Bank as Vice President of Commercial Banking, Disney Development in real estate planning and development and the Kirchman Corporation. Liz holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Hamilton College and a Masters Degree with honors from Rollins College’s Crummer Graduate School of Business.
